Preferred Care Home Health Services in Naples, FL is hiring a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for home health PRN assignments. Deliver skilled behavioral health nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes and serve as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year RN experience, psychiatric nursing experience preferred, and familiarity with Home Health and OASIS. Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills are essential to manage patient needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct skilled psychiatric nursing visits per physician orders.

• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, progress, and treatment response
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety
• Communicate condition changes promptly to physicians and the care team
• Participate in care conferences and maintain timely, accurate documentation
