This is a full-time, on-site Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) role based in Houston, TX. The PA-C will conduct psychiatric evaluations, follow-up visits, and medication management for adults, adolescents, and children under the supervision and collaboration of a psychiatrist. Daily responsibilities include obtaining comprehensive histories, ordering and interpreting appropriate labs or diagnostic tests, and developing and documenting individualized treatment plans. The PA-C will provide ongoing psychoeducation to individuals and families, coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards. The role also involves participating in case discussions, monitoring treatment progress, and adjusting interventions to support both immediate and long-term mental health goals.
