Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New York State PA license.
• NCCPA certification (in good standing).
• Minimum 2 years of Psychiatry experience (outpatient preferred).
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
• EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD and Schizophrenia.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient response.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and primary care teams.
• Ensure compliance with NY State regulations and organizational protocols.
