The role offers relocation assistance up to $15,000 and compensation up to $75/hr, with a full-time, dayshift schedule in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Missouri PA license required.
• Collaborative practice arrangement with a Missouri-licensed physician.
• Prescriptive authority delegated per collaborative agreement; for controlled substances, Missouri prescriptive authority and DEA/state compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medication management.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality psychiatric care.
• Prescribe and administer psychiatric medications as appropriate.
• Perform daily rounds in a hospital setting with effective communication.
• Respond promptly to ED/IP consult requests and provide recommended care.
