Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions; work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient transportation and support for those with psychiatric disorders.
• Safely drive and conduct vehicle checks prior to use.
• Supervise activities and ensure patient safety; do not leave patients unattended.
• Communicate observations and date effectively to nursing staff and Transportation Coordinator.
• Coordinate pick-up/drop-off schedules; notify on-call staff of absences.
• Participate in performance improvement and data collection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
