Mava Healthcare Systems, PLLC is seeking a Physician Assistant or PMHNP with a Psychiatric CAQ to join a fully integrative behavioral health team in Illinois. You will examine patients, take histories, interpret tests, and prescribe therapies under physician supervision as part of a comprehensive plan.

The ideal candidate has strong bedside manner, experience charting in medical settings, and excellent communication skills. Flexible scheduling and remote work options are available in this role.

Qualifications

• Nurse - PMHNP or PA-C with Psychiatric CAQ.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must be licensed in IL.
• Current License & DEA Required.
• Experience with all age groups.
• Must be a team-player.
• Must be adaptive and flexible.
• Nurse Practitioner PMHNP (Required).
• Physician Assistant with Psychiatric CAQ (Required).

Responsibilities

• Examine each patient, take a detailed medical history, and chart everything medically important in their records.
• Read test results, interpret data appropriately, and make diagnostic suggestions based on those results.
• Explain to the patient test results and expected health outcomes.
• Prescribe medication or therapy with a physician overseeing as part of a larger health plan.
• Work closely with nurses, other Physician Assistants, and Physicians to formulate a full, comprehensive treatment plan.
