Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Illinois to provide care via our telehealth platform. You will treat patients in your state of licensure, perform initial PDEs and follow-up E/M sessions, and manage treatment plans through video sessions.

Platform handles insurance billing and admin, enabling a flexible home-based schedule. Requirements include active PMHNP license in Illinois, DEA/NPI, CAQH, and a supervisory agreement.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Illinois state.
• Active DEA and individual NPI number.
• Fully completed, signed CAQH application.
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in Illinois (state of licensure).
• Conduct PDEs for new referrals and E/M sessions for established patients.
• Conduct video call sessions via Talkspace platform and submit documentation.
• Coordinate with Talkspace psychiatry team as needed.
