We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Manager – Psych-Adolescent to lead clinical operations at our hospital in Oregon City. This role is accountable for the 24/7 operations of the adolescent psychiatric unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while fostering a safe, healing, and compassionate environment for patients and staff.

The Nurse Manager will lead and develop interdisciplinary teams, drive operational excellence, and collaborate across departments to achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the adolescent psychiatric unit, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
