Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience in nursing.
• Preferred experience as a nurse supervisor for 3 to 5 years.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing services under the Vice President of Nursing.
• Provide direct supervision to clinical nursing managers and other nursing staff.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating nursing staff.
• Provide support to troubleshoot client/staff issues.
• Manage staff time and ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
