The position emphasizes on-site instruction and mentorship to ensure safe patient care and quality education. Location includes on-site roles in Stuart, West Palm Beach, with travel to Boynton Beach as needed.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Florida or Compact State RN License (required).
• Minimum 4 years of clinical RN experience, with at least 2 years in psychiatric/mental health nursing.
• BSN from an accredited institution (required); MSN preferred.
• Experience in clinical instruction, preceptorship, or nursing education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing students in psychiatric clinical settings.
• Demonstrate and teach best practices in psychiatric nursing care.
• Ensure student compliance with clinical site policies and procedures.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and document student performance.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
