Next Level Career Partners is seeking a Psychiatric Nursing Assistant to provide direct client care, monitor psychiatric symptoms, and support daily activities in a clinical setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass CPR and TIPS. Training will include 10 consecutive days of instruction, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, with on-site shifts in a Texas facility.

Competenze

• Must be able to pass CPR and TIPS.
• Must attend work regularly and be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Graduation from a standard senior high School or equivalent.
• Must pass urine drug screen and FBI fingerprint background checks.
• COVID-19 testing may be required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care of clients (emergency, health and personal care).
• Provide therapeutic interactions with clients.
• Monitor during meals and activities.
• Monitor clients' psychiatric symptoms or health state and document in records as needed.
• Document clients' behaviors and interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager and/or Resident Specialist V.

Job Requirements for all candidates:

• Attends to work on a regular basis
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Graduation from a standard senior high School or equivalent
• Must be able to pass CPR and TIPS (Trauma Intervention Protection Strategies)
• Prefer experience in direct client care.
• Basic computer skills

Duties of Direct Care PNA

• Provide direct care of clients (emergency, health and personal care).
• Provide therapeutic interactions with clients.
• Monitor during meals and activities.
• Monitor clients psychiatric symptoms or health state and document in records as needed.
• Document Clients behaviors and interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager and/or Resident Specialist V.

Other:

• COVID-19 testing with negative result required (facility provides)
• Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check (Relode provides)
• Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check (facility provides)

Current Open Shifts:

• 6:45am-3:15pm
• 2:45pm-11:15pm
