Job summary

THRIVE Wellness and Recovery, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry to work under a Psychiatrist, delivering medical and psychiatric care, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health patients.

You will develop treatment plans, manage medications, and provide ongoing care for individuals on Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, or Co-Occurring tracks. This full-time position requires advanced psychiatric care training, state licensure as an ARNP, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with emphasis in psychiatric care.
• Licensed ARNP registered by the New York State Board of Nursing.
• Preferred: experience with clients age 13+.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care through diagnosis, management, and treatment plans.
• Assess physical, emotional, and developmental status of patients and families.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers to coordinate care.
