Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a PMHNP licensed in Wisconsin to join our outpatient team. You will provide psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults in a hybrid model combining on-site and telehealth visits.

The role offers full-time hours with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed PMHNP in Wisconsin.
• Minimum 1 year of prescribing experience in an outpatient setting.

Our PMHNPs are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking PMHNPs who are:

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin
• Have at least 1 year of prescribing experience as a licensed PMHNP in an outpatient setting
• Child, adolescent, or adult experience

$218,000 to $280,000 + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity.
