LifeStance Health is hiring PMHNPs in Wisconsin for hybrid outpatient practice. This role emphasizes flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), no nights, and strong administrative support to ensure efficient patient care.

Fully licensed in Wisconsin with at least 1 year of prescribing experience in outpatient settings is required. The position supports child, adolescent, or adult psychiatry within a comprehensive behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care as part of LifeStance Health's clinical team.

Our PMHNPs are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking PMHNPs who are:

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin
• Have at least 1 year of prescribing experience as a licensed PMHNP in an outpatient setting.
• Child, adolescent, or adult experience.

$218,000 - $280,000 a year

$218,000 to $280,000 + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity.
