Work Environment & Location

We operate in Colorado and Massachusetts, with options for remote work or working from local offices. We aim to match clinicians with the best available position based on skills, interests, and location.

Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be part of an integrated care team, providing medication management, psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, tailored to individual patient needs. Autonomy in scheduling and patient care is emphasized, with a focus on collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule & Workload

Clinicians typically work Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. You will manage your own schedule and patient care, with support handling billing and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Massachusetts licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience with mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, substance misuse, or similar conditions preferred but new graduates are welcome
  • Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) preferred
