Remote Work & Locations

With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH supports remote work from home or local offices. We will match you based on your skills, interests, and location. Fully remote positions are also available.

Responsibilities

The PMHNP-BC will be part of OMH’s integrated care team, collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide personalized care. Responsibilities include medication management, individual therapy, family and group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Schedule & Autonomy

Clinicians can create their own schedules, typically working weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with no on-call duties. You focus on patient care; administrative tasks are handled by our support team, ensuring your time is dedicated to patients.

Qualifications

Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with experience or new graduates welcomed. Experience with mood, anxiety, personality disorders, substance misuse, or psychiatric impairments is preferred. Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is a plus.
