Work Environment & Location

OMH has locations in Colorado and Massachusetts and offers fully remote positions. We work with you to find the best fit based on your skills, interests, and geographic location. Whether working from home or at a local office, we ensure you have the resources needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

The PMHNP will participate in an integrated care team, collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide personalized care. Responsibilities include medication management, psychotherapy, family and group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Schedule & Autonomy

Create your own schedule, typically working Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Focus on patient care without on-call responsibilities or administrative burdens, as our support team manages billing, collections, and credentialing.

Qualifications

Licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado and/or Massachusetts, with experience in mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, substance misuse, or other psychiatric conditions. New graduates are welcome. Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
