OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team. We provide superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings since 2016. Our goal is to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.
We offer part-time and full-time options, including remote work from home or local office-based positions in Colorado, Massachusetts, and other expanding locations. We will work with you to find the best fit based on your skills and preferences.
The PMHNP will participate in our integrated care team, collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. You will have the autonomy to customize care, including medication management, psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.
Enjoy creating your own schedule, typically working Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No on-call duties, with support for documentation and billing handled by our team.
Full-time clinicians are eligible for health benefits. OMH promotes leadership and career advancement, including opportunities to become senior psychotherapists or site supervisors.
Colorado and/or Massachusetts licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with experience in behavioral health issues. New graduates are welcome. Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exams is preferred.
