OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Work from or close to home:
With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We will work with you to find the best fit and provide everything needed to treat OMH patients remotely from home. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and geographic location to match you with the best available option. Fully remote positions are also available if preferred.
Responsibilities:
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches. Join us to develop your skills in the emerging field of integrated behavioral health care. The interdisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LICSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP). OMH values collaborative relationships at all provider levels, which we believe provides the highest quality of care.
Customize patient care:
Clinicians have the autonomy to tailor care for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration. Clinical work typically includes medication management and individual psychotherapy, with options for family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
Flexible scheduling:
Focus on patient care without extra on-call responsibilities. Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing clinicians to dedicate time solely to patients. Once your sessions are complete, your workday ends—no additional on-call duties or insurance hassles.

Licensure, Education & Experience:
Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, substance misuse, etc., under supervision of a consulting psychiatrist. New graduates are welcome!
Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
