Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) $115k - $135k/year

Position Requirement: Full-Time

Join a leading clinician-led behavioral health company today! OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment. Our practice strives to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
2. Customize care for each patient, determining frequency and duration of visits.
3. Provide medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
4. Create your own schedule, typically working between Mondays – Fridays from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
5. Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.

Licensure, Education & Experience:

Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
