Work Environment

Responsibilities

The PMHNP-BC will collaborate within an integrated care team, including physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver personalized care. Responsibilities include medication management, psychotherapy, family and group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Schedule and Autonomy

Enjoy creating your own schedule, typically working Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Focus on patient care without on-call duties or insurance hassles, supported by our back-office team handling billing and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Massachusetts licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in behavioral health issues such as mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance misuse. New graduates are welcome. Completion of PMHNP-BC is preferred.

Advancement Opportunities

OMH is growing and clinician-led, with opportunities to advance to senior psychotherapist or site supervisor roles. Leadership is supported by geographically dispersed Site Supervisors.
