Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a full‑time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient team in Westminster, CA. You will provide psychiatric care to adults and youth, with autonomy to tailor medication management and psychotherapy.

The role supports a flexible schedule in a hybrid model, with strong clinical support and multiple regional locations. Requirements include PMHNP certification, CA NP licensure, and a DEA license.

Qualifications

• PMHNP-certified nurse practitioner with outpatient psychiatry experience.
• Licensed in CA as NP and DEA licensed.
• Clinical autonomy and collaborative care in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Customize practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend.
• Set your own pace: determine caseload and patient volume.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
