Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Westminster, California outpatient group. This full-time role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a hybrid work model with as little as one day per week in the office.

You will provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults and/or children/adolescents, tailor your practice, set your own caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• PMHNP certification and California license required.
• At least 1 year of independent psych NP experience.
• DEA license and malpractice coverage desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults and/or child/adolescent patients.
• Tailor practice to medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend.
• Set own pace with flexible caseload and patient volume.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking afull-time (30+ hours/week)Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Westminster, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.
