Job summary

LifeStance Health in Ventura, CA is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient psychiatric team. This full-time role offers autonomy, supportive clinicians, and a patient-centered environment in a hybrid work setting with the flexibility to balance clinic and home.

Ideal candidates are PMHNP certified, CA-licensed, and have a DEA license. You will manage caseloads, provide medication management and psychotherapy, and collaborate across a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• PMHNP certification required.
• Licensed in California to practice psychiatry.
• DEA license required to prescribe controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults and/or child/adolescent patients.
• Medicare management and psychotherapy as you choose.
• Set your own pace with customizable caseload and patient volume.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

We are seeking afull-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Ventura, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way - with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.
