LifeStance Health in San Jose, California is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join an expanding outpatient team. You will deliver outpatient psychiatric care to adults and youths, with flexibility around medication management and psychotherapy options.

The position offers hybrid scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work across multiple surrounding locations for convenient commuting.

Qualifications

• PMHNP certification and state licensure are required.
• Independent practice experience in psychiatry is preferred.
• DEA license required for prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations.
• Customize practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend.
• Set own pace: determine preferred caseload and patient volume.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
