LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time outpatient role in Modesto, CA. Work with adults and children/adolescents in a flexible, autonomy-rich setting with strong clinical support.

We offer a hybrid model (as little as 1 day/week in-office), competitive compensation, sign-on and incentive bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. CA licensure and a PMHNP certification are required, with DEA license preferred.

Formación

• PMHNP certification required.
• CA licensed to practice psychiatry.
• DEA license required.
• At least 1 year of independent psych NP experience.
• Outpatient psychiatry experience preferred.

We are seeking afull-time (30+ hours/week)Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Modesto, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way-with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.

Ideal Candidate
