Job summary

Vital HealthCare Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our Psychiatry Team. This role emphasizes patient-centered behavioral health in long-term care settings.

You will conduct evaluations, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and develop individualized plans with an interdisciplinary team. The schedule is Monday–Friday with no on-call duties and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active PA CRNP license (required).
• Experience in long-term or geriatric behavioral health.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and collaboration.
• Compassionate, ethical, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
• Make treatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medications.
• Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
