LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our clinical team in a hybrid setting, delivering outpatient psychiatric care to diverse patients. See clients in-person or via telehealth, focusing on comprehensive behavioral health services.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing education. This role emphasizes work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more US states with PMHNP-BC certification.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication, monitor treatment.
• Provide therapy and referrals as needed.
• Document clinical activities and maintain patient records.
