Signature Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered psychiatric care under the oversight of clinical leadership. You will evaluate, diagnose, monitor progress, and provide pharmacologic and other appropriate treatments while collaborating with physicians, counselors, and care managers to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio APRN license required.
• DEA license required.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing.
• ANCC or AANP certification required.
• Minimum one year post-graduate psychiatric experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing consultation and management for assigned patients.
• Schedule psychiatry services and maximize access to care.
• Maintain electronic medical records with progress notes and orders.
• Refer patients to other services within the agency when needed.
• Participate in quality assurance, credentialing and related activities.
