Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide client-centered psychiatric care in Ohio. You will evaluate, diagnose, monitor progress, and prescribe pharmacologic treatments while collaborating with PCPs, counselors, and case managers to deliver holistic care.

The role requires Ohio APRN licensure, DEA, and at least one year of post-graduate psychiatric experience. Expect to participate in quality assurance and training activities, with regular team meetings.

Qualifications

• Ohio-licensed APRN
• Master's/post-master's or doctorate in nursing
• Current ANCC/AANP certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations/consultations and pharmacologic treatment as part of psychiatric care
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, counselors and case managers to coordinate holistic care
• Maintain timely progress notes and documentation in EMR
• Participate in quality assurance and credentialing activities
• Attend administrative meetings and trainings as needed
