Two Chairs is seeking a PMHNP‑BC to conduct remote psychiatry assessments and medication management for adults. This Telepsychiatry role operates within Illinois initially, with cost coverage for multi‑state licensure as needed and a focus on collaborative, measurement‑based care.

You will join a dedicated psychiatric team, using shared EHR to deliver integrated care and data‑driven outcomes while enjoying a strong W‑2 package and supportive work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; costs covered.
• 2+ years of PMHNP mental health experience, including remote outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
• Passionate about high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated psychiatric team to refine care delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments and 25-minute follow-up sessions.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per regulations.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when appropriate to support client goals.
• Partner with therapists in an integrated care model via shared EHR and spaces.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership, providing feedback to shape care delivery.
• Use data-informed tools to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.

About You

• A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Willing and committed to becoming licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP, including remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
• Passionate about high‑quality, measurement‑based, collaborative care.
• Eager to collaborate with a dedicated psychiatric team to build upon and refine our care delivery systems.

Preferred

• additional PMHNP licensure in Texas, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Arizona
• Able to start November 2026
