Job summary

Two Chairs is redefining mental health care with integrated therapy and psychiatry, powered by smart technology. You can set your own schedule within M-F, 8am-8pm, up to 8 hours per week, with no late nights or on-call obligations.

As a board-certified PMHNP-BC, you will conduct remote psychiatry assessments, prescribe medications, and collaborate with therapists in a true integrated care model to deliver high-quality outcomes for adults.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed in Illinois.
• Willing to become licensed in additional states with costs covered.
• Minimum 2+ years of remote, outpatient telepsychiatry experience with adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments and 25-minute follow-ups.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per regulations.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with therapists in an integrated care model via shared EHR.
• Provide feedback to physicians and clinical leadership to shape care delivery.
• Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor plans.

Job description

• Compensation: Hourly rate of $62-$96/hr (determined by experience, qualifications, and place of residence).
• 90-day ramp period: 100% full rate while you build your caseload.
• Post-ramp: 80% guaranteed base rate + productivity incentive

About You

• A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Willing and committed to becoming licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP, including remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults.
• Passionate about high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.
• Eager to collaborate with a dedicated psychiatric team to build upon and refine our care delivery systems.
• Preferred: additional PMHNP licensure in Texas, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Arizona
• Preferred: Able to start November 2026

• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to support your clients in reaching their goals efficiently and sustainably.
• Partner closely with therapists in a true integrated care model, through our shared EHR system and consultation spaces.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership, sharing direct feedback that shapes how our clinical care is delivered.
• Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.
