Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluations, prescriptions and follow-up visits for adults in Richland, WA area. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with daytime, evenings and possible weekend hours, plus on-call twice yearly.

Travel to facilities across WA counties is required, with strong administrative support. Ideal candidates hold active WA ARNP licensure (PMHNP preferred), DEA, and experience with geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• PMHNP preference and active ARNP license in WA
• Active DEA
• Prior experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults
• Intermediate level skills of technology for at-home tele-health service
• Willing and able to travel once a month or every other month to facilities across various WA counties for in-person client meetings
• Satisfactory results of State and Federal background checks
• Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance

About Your Role: Part Time

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will meet with clients, typically adults who have been discharged from state hospitals, or reside in assisted living facilities or adult family homes and have difficult behaviors to manage. You will meet with your clients regularly to provide individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions and follow up visits as needed. This position works weekdays with an occasional option to work evenings and weekends. There is on-call responsibility twice a year. This is located in Richland, Kennewick, Pasco WA area part time 20hours a week.
