Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a flexible part-time role in Wenatchee, WA. Qualifications

• PMHNP required with active WA license or eligibility
• Active DEA registration
• Experience with geriatric/adult populations preferred
• Proficient with telehealth technology and remote monitoring
• Willing and able to travel monthly to WA facilities
• Must pass state and federal background checks
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and prescribe medications
• Provide follow-up visits for medication management
• Serve adults in hospitals discharge, assisted living, or care homes
• Travel to facilities across WA counties as needed
• Participate in telehealth patient care and after-hours on-call twice a year
