Compensation ranges from $210,000 to $280,000 per year, with a productivity‑based model, plus full benefits, 401(k) match and an annual bonus. Must be Ohio licensed with PMHNP certification and at least 1 year of independent practice; 2–3 in‑person days per

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in the state of Ohio with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Experienced with adult, child and adolescent populations or the lifespan.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience practicing independently as a PMHNP no exceptions
• Must be available at lest 2-3 days/week in person

$210,000 - $271,000 a year
