LifeStance Health in Mentor, OH is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our clinical team. You will provide both medication management and therapy to adults, children and adolescents in a flexible model that includes telemedicine and in-person visits.

You must be licensed in Ohio with a PMHNP certification, have at least 1 year of independent practice, and be available 2–3 days per week in person; the role offers strong compensation, benefits and a collegial

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in the state of Ohio with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Experienced with adult, child and adolescent populations or the lifespan.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience practicing independently as a PMHNP no exceptions
• Must be available at lest 2-3 days/week in person

$210,000 - $271,000 a year
