The role is focused on providing comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services, including initial evaluations, medication management, and ongoing patient education. Responsibilities

• Perform complete initial psychiatric evaluation on patient to determine diagnosis and develop plan of care including medication prescription, if indicated.
• Revise, prescribe, and implement therapeutic regimen using an interdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor patient progress and provide collaborative treatment and communication with the treatment team.
• Provide timely documentation of each encounter with a patient.
• Ensure patient/family education regarding clinical condition and relevant aspects of care.
• Must be able to work in collaboration with treatment team members to ensure quality of care and consideration of services.
• All outpatient work with various locations.

Responsibilities
