Seven Starling is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Manager to lead and improve Seven Starling’s medical program. This is a full-time management role where you will lead a team of up to 40-60 contract PMHNPs and drive program improvements, while providing 5-7 hours of direct patient care weekly. You will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.

Our ideal candidate is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with proven clinical management experience and expertise in perinatal mental health. You have a passion for developing provider teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing quality improvements. You are excited to manage the medical program operations, including recruiting talented providers, executing training initiatives, and optimizing team performance.

You'll excel in this role if you are an experienced manager, excellent communicator, and empathic clinician. What we look for

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNC)
• 2+ years of clinical management experience, preferably with remote healthcare teams
• Expertise in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) - assessment, diagnosis, and medication management
• Experience with provider recruitment, training, and team development
• Quality improvement and performance management experience
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and execute initiatives
• Comfort with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and eagerness to learn new programs

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize our medical program - execute strategic initiatives and drive operational improvements
• Supervise up to 40-60 contract PMHNPs through regular check-ins, group consultations, and performance management
• Lead provider recruitment and hiring - interview candidates, support hiring decisions, and manage onboarding process
• Develop and deliver training programsthat ensure consistent, high quality care across all providers
• Conduct quality assurance through chart reviews, performance tracking, and implementing improvement plans
• Execute retention strategies for medical team satisfaction, engagement, and professional development
• Partner with Chief Medical Officer to implement strategic initiatives and provide operational insights from the medical team
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to implement improvements to the medical patient and provider experience
• Provide 5-7 hours direct patient care per week for patients experiencing PMADs
