Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide adult psychiatric care in long-term care facilities for residents 18+.

You will conduct face-to-face assessments, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with facility healthcare teams to promote stability and well-being. The position requires graduation from an accredited NP program and a PMHNP license; experience in psychiatric/behavioral health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• PMHNP license required.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services.
• Long-term care and/or geriatric experience strongly preferred.
• Outpatient and tele-psychiatry experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service area.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Long-Term Care (Adults 18+)

At ViaQuest we provide specialized, individualized psychiatric care to adults in long-term care settings. We serve residents ages 18 and above, many of whom live with complex mental health needs, chronic illness, or developmental disabilities. Our psychiatric nurse practitioners partner closely with each facility’s long-term care healthcare team to deliver individualized, high-quality mental health care for residents.
