Bowery Residents' Committee, Inc. in Manhattan, NY seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and treat patients, manage medications, and collaborate with staff and committees. The role reports to the VP of Nursing and includes case conferencing and staff training.

Must have NYS NP certification, experience with MICA populations, and CPR training or willingness to obtain it. Hours total 37.5 per week, day shift, in-house setting with comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

HOURS:

37.5 hours per week

Tuesday 8am-9pm (reports to Vanderbilt Stabilization);

Wednesday 8am-4:30pm (reports to East Side Stabilization), 5pm-8:30pm (reports to Vanderbilt Stabilization;

Thursday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (reports to Bowery Safe Haven)

QUALIFICATIONS:NYS Certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Have prior experience working with a MICA population. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
