Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Telepsychiatry – Law Enforcement Psychological Evaluator

Seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to conduct specialized psychological assessments for public safety personnel via remote telehealth platforms.

About You
  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Hold or be able to obtain an Alaska license prior to contract start
  • You must have completed at least 200 psychological assessments for public safety/criminal justice roles
  • Able to submit a notarized affidavit verifying assessment experience
  • Experienced with pre-employment and fitness-for-duty evaluations for law enforcement
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct Pre-Employment Psychological Evaluations (PEPE) using validated psychometric tools
  • Complete and submit checklist evaluations with APSC pass/fail ratings
  • Perform Fitness for Duty Evaluations (FFDE) for current department staff when requested
  • Consult with agency stakeholders regarding psychological findings
  • Deliver timely, defensible reports to support hiring and personnel decisions
