Job summary

Harmony Bay is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside nursing and psychiatry staff. The role includes conducting initial psychiatric evaluations, managing medications, and ensuring timely documentation in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will participate in weekly team meetings, handle referrals, and coordinate care across providers, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes in both on-site and telehealth formats.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Nursing and Post Master’s Program in Advanced Practice Role.
• Current and unrestricted license as NP.
• PMHNP certification required; Narcan certification preferred.
• Current active DEA/CDS if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial psychiatric evaluations within a 60-minute period.
• Conduct medication management follow-ups within 20 minutes.
• Complete documentation within 48 hours.
• Refer out forms completed within 24 hours when higher level of care is needed.
• Complete all record requests within 30 days.
• Attend weekly clinical team meetings and participate in on-site and virtual evaluations.
• Prescribe medications during follow-up appointments, both virtual and onsite.
• Provide refills within 2–3 business days; ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate with Medical Ops and Nursing leadership in case conferences.
