Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our Paramus, NJ office as we pilot a new medication management program. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, and maintain EMR documentation within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients undergoing interventinoal psychiatry or requiring medication management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and pilot this new program at our Paramus, NJ office.
