Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
- APN license and PMHNP certification are required.
- Current NJ RN license with CDS and DEA compliance.
- CPR and BLS certifications are required.
- 3–5 years of professional nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Administers injections and documents patient progress and medications.
- Provides primary psychiatric health care including evaluation and management.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary team for treatment planning.
- Orders and reviews labs and diagnostic studies.
- Maintains patient records per regulations and policies.
- Educates patients and families on medications and care instructions.
