Position Overview:

Season Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled 1099 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to holistic, patient-centered care and bring expertise in managing a range of psychiatric conditions with warmth, clinical excellence, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth or in-person visits
• Collaborate with patients using shared decision-making models
• Create treatment plans rooted in trauma-informed, evidence-based care
• Maintain clear, timely, and thorough documentation in EHR
• Work independently while aligned with the clinic’s collaborative, mission-driven approach
• Participate in periodic team meetings and case consultations (remote)
• Respect and honor the diverse identities, backgrounds, and needs of our patient community

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about trauma-informed, autonomy-respecting, and culturally responsive care
• Comfortable managing a variety of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan (or specializing if preferred)
• Skilled at building therapeutic alliances, even in brief medication management settings
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a flexible caseload
• Open to feedback, growth, and working within a mission-driven team environment

Requirements:

• Active PMHNP-BC certification
• Ability to prescribe controlled substances (DEA license required)
• Malpractice insurance (can be discussed if assistance is needed)
• Telehealth-capable (private, secure environment for remote visits)

Compensation:

Split rate, based on experience and existing patient panel.
