Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The practitioner will perform mental health evaluations, develop and implement personalized care plans, and provide psychiatric and medication management for patients. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting individuals in their mental health journey. Telehealth services may play a key role in patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric Care
• Advanced practice skills as a licensed Nurse Practitioner and experience in Mental Health Care
• Licensed with DEA in WA, NM, NY, ML, OR, NJ, and Alaska, required or willing to obtain one
• Will consider other independent practice States Licensure with DEA
• New graduates welcome
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in psychiatric care and treatment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative healthcare environments
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a concentration in mental health or psychiatry
• Active NP license and certification in psychiatric nursing (PMHNP) with DEA or willingness to obtain one
• Knowledge of and experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently while delivering empathetic, patient-centered care
