Supportive Care is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide behavioral health services to geriatric residents in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities. The role is on-site in Crane, TX (1 day/week) with another site in Fort Stockton, TX (1 day/week).

Applicants must live within 2 hours of the facilities. The position offers flexible scheduling to balance patient care, with support from our team, credentialing, billing, and a streamlined documentation system.

***PMHNP Needed for a Nursing Home in Crane, TX 1 a day/week*** (We also need someone in Fort Stockton, TX 1 day/week). This is an ON-SITE position and CANNOT be done remotely. Applicants must live less than 2 hours from facilities.
