Job summary

Supportive Care is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join our geriatric-focused team in Crane, Texas. This is an on-site position at nursing homes, with travel to Fort Stockton 1 day/week.

Applicants must live within 2 hours of facilities and be able to work in person. You will provide psychotherapy sessions and medication management to residents, with supportive scheduling and credentialing handled by us, enabling you to focus on patient care and clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities

***PMHNP Needed for a Nursing Home in Crane, TX 1 a day/week*** (We also need someone in Fort Stockton, TX 1 day/week). This is an ON-SITE position and CANNOT be done remotely. Applicants must live less than 2 hours from facilities.
