Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio is seeking a full-time Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate psychiatric care. You will conduct assessments, provide ongoing visits, and collaborate with psychiatrists to optimize patient outcomes across ages.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited NP program with a PMHNP license and experience in outpatient and tele-psychiatry; travel within the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• PMHNP license required.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services.
• Outpatient and tele-psychiatry experience preferred.
• Willingness to work with children/adolescents.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Performing face-to-face assessments and ongoing psychiatric visits for clients of all ages.
• Maintaining current patient records with problems, plans, actions and changes.
• Instructing client caregivers.
• Managing client medications.
