Job summary

Supportive Care is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team serving geriatric residents in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will provide psychotherapy and medication management with clinical autonomy, while we handle credentialing and billing.

Qualifications

• Current NP license in Delaware or eligible for licensure.
• PMHNP board certification (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner).
• Experience with geriatric behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy sessions to geriatric residents.
• Manage medications in collaboration with clinicians.
• Coordinate care with facilities and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
